General Manager-

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to help us grow our new brand! We are a family owned company that believes in a strong community connection and having additional growth opportunities. We are opening several Canal’s and are looking for a strong, go-getter who can help us grow this awesome opportunity.

General Manager responsibilities include scheduling shifts for baristas and wait staff,monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies like coffee, milk and snacks, as needed. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles in coffee shops. Also, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

If you have a high standard for customer services and love to put smiles on faces, we want you! Ultimately, you will help grow this location, boost customer engagement and turn our shop into a local favorite.

Requirements

· Work experience as a Cafe or Food Service Manager

· Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines

· Back of the house operations to include scheduling, inventory and staff training.

· Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

· Customer service attitude with a sense of urgency. A focus on speed of service.

· High school diploma

· Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus

· Good math skills

· Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
