Job Description :
As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates : Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilizing job boards, social media, and other platforms to source potential candidates.Building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing : Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinating and managing the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Selection and Hiring : Assisting hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions.Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Collaboration and Communication : Working closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Providing regular updates on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
