Job Title: Merchandiser

POSITION SUMMARY

The Merchandisers are responsible for product appearance and supply in various stores throughout their designated geographic area. By working closely with the (department), they make certain that the promotion of specific products and services will increase sales over a period.

The merchandiser MUST have their own vehicle and vehicle insurance in their name with a valid driver’s license to be eligible for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build, merchandise and maintain all secondary and promotional displays to conform to company standards.

· Manage, rotate and maintain back-stock where applicable.

· Call in customer requests to immediate supervisor.

· Create, develop and maintain a strong rapport with assigned accounts.

· Clean, shelf and rotate products and verify correct shelf prices.

· Merchandise and fill all coolers, vendors and rack to standard on every visit. (If applicable)

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

· Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D.

· Must maintain a valid Drivers License.

· Two years merchandising/sales and/or customer contact experience.

· MS Office including Word and Excel

ENVIRONMENTAL/ATMOSPHERIC WORKING CONDITIONS

The following environmental/atmospheric working conditions are commonly, but not always, associated with the performance of this position. The actual working conditions will vary.

• Office environment.
• Travel to and from customer accounts (Interior/Exterior working conditions).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $128.50 per day

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
