Provides maintenance and general repair to the buildings and grounds of all Authority properties. Responsible for the upkeep of all external landscaping. This position will be trained to assist in providing maintenance and making repairs to the Inclined Plane and will be trained to operate the Inclined Plane. Assists with Inclined Plane inspections and maintenance reports. Ensures compliance with all safety guidelines in performance of all job duties.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Vocational education and/or training preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of maintenance experience is preferred (carpentry; heating HVAC; electrical; plumbing; snow removal; lawn equipment, hand and power tool operation; skid steers; dump trucks; custodial duties).
• Must be able to follow verbal and/or written directions and perform work duties with limited supervision.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class C driver’s license, as the position requires frequent travel between CamTran facilities and the operation of facility vehicles.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions, as this position requires extensive periods of time outdoors.
• Must be willing to accept night and weekend callouts due to weather and emergencies.
• Safety sensitive positions subject to random drug and alcohol testing
• Starting Wage Range: $17.00/hour dependent on experience
