CAMS is on the search for a full-time Property Inspector to perform routine inspections of HOA communities throughout Columbia, SC. Prior Home Owner Association or property management experience is preferred. Having a reliable vehicle to drive through properties is required.
The position hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Salary is determined by the candidate's level of experience related to the industry, starting at $38,000 annually.
