About the Role:

As a Landscape Technician I, you will assist with routine landscaping maintenance tasks under the guidance of more experienced team members. Your work will keep our properties looking their best and contribute to the satisfaction of our tenants and owners.

Position Overview: Landscape Technician I

General Responsibilities:

• Assist with lawn care, mowing, edging, and weeding.
• Help with trimming trees and bushes, leaf cleanup, and general yard upkeep.
• Support gutter cleaning and minor roof cleaning tasks during winter months.
• Use various landscaping tools and equipment under supervision.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Willingness to Learn: Eager to learn landscaping techniques and grow within the company.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Team Player: Works well as part of a team and supports co-workers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
