• Consult on bestpractices on payroll policies.
• Be a subjectmatter expert (SME) in payroll processing, calculations, or other compensation-relatedtransactions.
• Act as OracleCloud Payroll subject matter expert (SME) to understand the businessrequirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations of the OracleCloud Payroll module.
• Providebest-practice guidance on payroll business processes and implementation.
• Support thedefinition and validation of various payroll-related conversion activities.
• Publish weeklystatus reports to the project management team.
• Coordinate effortsbetween other team members to implement the best solution for the client.
• Create and updatetest scripts needed for functional testing.
• Maintain system-relatedprocesses and documentation.
• Assist withcontinuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices.
• Assist in keysystem processes (i.e. payroll cycle management, monthly payroll accruals,garnishment, lien processing, etc.).
• Work with the technicalteam to provide guidance on integrations, conversions, and reports.
• Cross-functionaltraining into other modules to expand your Oracle Cloud skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree orPayroll Certification preferred.
• 7 Years in overall payrollexperience processing and/or calculating payroll and other compensationtransactions (e.g. reimbursements) and analyzing financial data withan enterprise payroll platform (Oracle, UKG, SAP, Workday)
• Oracle Cloud HCM User for3 years.
• Strong problem-solving,analytical, and customer service skills.
• Capableof working independently, taking initiative with minimal supervision, yet canparticipate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed.
• Proven ability to adapt andpartner with resources to achieve results in a fast-paced environment with adiverse group of people.
• Proficiency in managingmultiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellentverbal/written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Organized anddetail-oriented.
• Aptitude towards technology andapplications.
