Job Description
The people who brought you Sauced BBQ and Spirits are now looking to bring even more crazy fun to Livermore at Da Boccery. This 17,000 square foot building won't just be filled with great food and cocktails, but it will have numerous fun games for the whole family to enjoy. Our guests will be able to spend hours at Da Boccery enjoying bocce ball, shuffleboard, foot-pool, axe throwing and more.
The Kitchen Manager reports to the Executive Kitchen Manager and is responsible for all aspects of food quality and the timely preparation of food for our guests. The Kitchen Manger also has financial responsibility for food and labor costs.

You are eligible for 10 days of paid time off (PTO) annually which will begin accruing immediately. In addition to the base salary, this offer includes a bonus structure to be paid quarterly, based upon measurable results, within 60 days of the close of each quarter. To be eligible for this bonus, you must be employed through the date bonuses are paid or one month after the close of that quarter, whichever comes first. You are eligible for 10 days of paid time off (PTO) annually which will begin accruing immediately and a quarterly bonus based various metrics.
