Job Description

Bartenders are responsible for operating in a high volume environment while providing great service and abundant hospitality to all of our guests. They must have good knowledge of our food, spirits, wine and beer to help guide our guests through an incredible experience. Bartenders must participate in team work within all areas of the restaurant and treat team members as internal guests. They are responsible for taking food/drink orders from guests and accurately ringing them into the point of sale system while taking them through a dining experience that upholds company standards. Bartenders are also responsible for making cocktails efficiently, quickly, and to recipe while in the service well or to the guest who dine at the bar top. They must participate in maintaining all areas of the bar, producing all prep needed for the shift, opening or closing down the bar to company standards, and maintaining all equipment and tools associated with the bar.

Requirements

• One year bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting.
