Who you are: You are at least 21 years old and must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. You have good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff. You show compassion and empathy, have the ability to provide care and support to residents with kindness and understanding. You are dependable with a reliable work ethic, including punctuality and attendance, have physical stamina and attention to detail to assist with basic documentation and resident care tasks that may include light lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. You are legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you'll do: You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents within the facility. This role involves basic customer service and support services to maintain a comfortable environment for residents. You will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the rest home facility by supporting residents with their basic needs. This role requires a compassionate individual with a willingness to learn and contribute to the well-being of residents, monitoring safety of the residents, reporting any changes to the nurse on duty, and any other duties as assigned.

Pay & Benefits: Depending on Full-time or part-time status, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, percentage match up on your contribution to the 403(b) retirement plan up to 6%, generous time off policy, and tuition reimbursement on a pro-rated basis.
