Camp Wayne for Boys, a sleep-away camp just 2 ½ hours from NYC and Philadelphia, is seeking an outdoor educator to run our Outdoor Adventure program for the summer 2024 camp season.

The OA Director will oversee all aspects of our expansive Outdoor Adventure program, including the ropes course, rock-climbing wall, zipline, hiking, fishing, camping, mountain biking, and archery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety our campers and staff, overseeing a team of 12 counselors.

This is a live-in seasonal role for Summer 2024. Private accommodations will be provided. Dates for our Summer 2024 camp season are June 11 through August 15.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in an outdoor education setting or camp.
