Camp Timberlane for Boys is a highly professional summer camp nestled in the heart of the Northwoods. We provide boys ages 8-15 with unforgettable experiences, lifelong memories and friendships. As we gear up for another exciting summer, we are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as our Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the camp office, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date camp records, including camper and staff information, inventory, and financial transactions

- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding camp logistics, payments, and special requests

- Coordinate and oversee camp registration and check-in/check-out processes

- Collaborate with other camp departments to ensure a seamless camp experience for all campers and staff

- Provide exceptional customer service to camp families, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner
