Registered Nurse (RN) Positions at Camp North Star Maine
We are located on 200 beautiful acres in Poland Spring, ME. This is a residential job where you live at our camp for 2 - 7 weeks.

We are hiring nurses who can work any of these dates

• June 17 - July 9
• June 17 - July 23
• June 24 - July 23
• July 9 - August 13
• July 23 - August 13

Camp North Star, a premier co-ed traditional sleep-away camp in Southern Maine, (2 hours outside Boston) for 7 - 17 year olds. Join our team of motivated medical staff. Our state of the art Health Center is equipped with air conditioning, private rooms, bathrooms, a nurses’ lounge and Wi-Fi.

Compensation

• Competitive salary plus food, housing, laundry and use of facilities
• Reimbursement for ME nursing license transfer
• Nurses with camp-aged children are eligible for camp tuition scholarship (valued at $11,300 per child) plus a salary

Responsibilities

• Triage and treatment of campers and staff during clinic hours
• Medication administration at meals and bedtime
• Care of inpatient campers and staff
• Packaging and preparing of medication for camper trips
• Medical record management
• Conduct inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
