Program Goals for Wrap:

• Support and assist Site Director and Program Leaders as necessary.
• Model expectations for Program Leaders in positive and productive ways of building skills with students in academic and behavior development.
• Assist in providing enrichment activities that reinforce and complement the academic program.
• Encourage new enrollment and enthusiasm in the programs.

Job Duties:

1. Assist in assessing staff development needs and model desired behavior and buy in.

2. Fill in for Program Leaders who are absent as directed by Site Director. Perform all duties expected of a Program Leader while balancing duties of the Assistant Site Director

3. Fill in for Site Director at home site or other site if needed when absent as directed by Site Coordinator with instructions by Site Director.

4. Assist Site Director in developing innovative project-based enrichment curriculum and shared ideas.

5. Communicate with Site Director and Leaders regarding project implementation and staff development.

6. Facilitate the implementation of projects with guidance of Site Director.

7. Develop Monthly Calendars based off planned enrichment projects

8. Follow WRAP and Camp Fire policies.

9. Attend WRAP program and training meetings in the district as applicable.

10. Report information and concerns to the Site Director.

11. Be available for the entirety of program hours for school year and supplemental programs.

SY M-F 1:30-6:30, Supp M-F 9-5

Hours of work: Maximum of 5 hours per day

Pay: $18.00 per hour
