Mission: To create a community where all are welcome. Guided by our Catholic faith we provide a fun and engaging outdoor camping experience where campers and staff learn new skills and grow in faith, confidence, and friendship.

Responsibilities:

Your will include, but is not limited to the following:

· Preserve and promote the Catholic identity of the camp

· Live at Camp Fatima for 10 weeks over the summer

· Support the director with ACA standards and operating camp under NH Law

· Develop procedures, routines, and practices for all camp operations

· Assist with staff training, supervision, motivation, and development

· Define and adhere to camp goals and plan programs to reflect these goals

· Monitor crisis management plan including all emergency procedures

· Supervise and participate in decision making on the behavior and guidance of campers whose behaviors are beyond the responsibility of the general staff

· Perform other duties as assigned by director

Additional Requirements:

· Must be a Practicing Catholic

· Ability to pass background check

· Leadership experience

· Ability to build strong, healthy relationships

· Plan, organize, and execute summer programs

· Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, campers, and parents

· Ability to react quickly and decisively during emergency situations
