Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and diagnostic tasks on recreational vehicles. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems in RVs, including wiring, lighting, and battery systems.
- Perform brake repairs and maintenance on RVs to ensure safe operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Repair and maintain RV appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, and air conditioning units.
- Perform auto body repairs on RVs, including fiberglass repairs and painting.
- Welding repairs on RV frames and structures.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues with engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components.
- Perform tire services such as rotations, replacements, and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in recreational vehicles.
- Proficient in brake repairs and maintenance.
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in RV maintenance and repair.
- Ability to weld is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques is beneficial.
- HVAC experience is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
