Laundry Attendant

Camp Eddy & Lodging is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working Community Center Housekeeper. The Community Center Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all aspects of our lodging community center which also includes processing and completing lodging resort laundry.

Maintaining and Cleaning include the following areas: public restrooms/showers, gym, community center, laundry room, and front office.

Processing and completing of laundry includes: sorting of laundry, completion of laundry, folding and bundling laundry, transporting and sorting clean laundry to appropriate location.

Achieve and maintain Camp Eddy's Standard of Excellence for efficiency, effectiveness and cleanliness

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: $15.25 per hour

Reports To:General Manager, & Manager On Duty

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Adhere to property standards for cleanliness, timeliness, checklists, and training guides.
• Provide housekeeping duties of public areas.
• Laundering property linens.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to repeatedly bend and reach/stretch above head
• Understand and correctly use technological platforms used by the business

Skills

• Work experience in laundry of 6months required.
• Work experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial of 6 months required.
• Willingness to learn
• Willingness to follow property procedure
• Confidence using technology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible Mindset

Schedule:

• Thursday-Monday
• 8am-4pm
• Holidays required as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Grand Junction, CO (81501): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
