Position Overview: Are you a dedicated dog lover with a passion for providing exceptional care? Camp Bow Wow Nashville is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the happiness, safety, and well-being of our canine guests. If you thrive in a dynamic, active environment and enjoy spending your days surrounded by the joy and excitement of dogs, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise dogs in group play sessions
• Engage with dogs, keeping them happy, safe, and having fun through various activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests
• Provide basic care, including cleaning, feeding and bathing
• Participate in training and ongoing education programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Passion for dogs and a genuine love for animals
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in animal care or related field is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
