About the Job

Camp Bow Wow Lawrence is growing and looking for a part-time front-desk receptionist to keep up with our busy lobby.. Successful applicants will be the face of Camp Bow Wow Lawrence for current, new and potential customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers and their dogs by name.
• Answer phones and explain services.
• Conduct tours of facility to potential clients.
• Manage reservations.
• Call reminders for next day service.
• Receive and record payments.
• Scan and file camper applications and vaccination records.
• Verify and update dog counts.
• Review upcoming reservations and contact customer for updated vaccines and deposits.
• Balance receipts against point of sale system.
• Maintain clean lobby.
• Sunny, upbeat personality and a love of dogs is a must!!

Essential Skills

• Extremely energetic, outgoing, upbeat with a positive personality.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace, in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service skills!
• Must be dependable.
• Able to juggle tasks.
• MUST LOVE DOGS - the noise, the hair, the messes the love, and the smiles!!!!!!!!

Compensation

• Base hourly wage tip pool

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
