Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families of all ages. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through compassionate and high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans - Provide specialized care for patients with dementia and other complex medical conditions - Perform triage assessments to determine the urgency of patient needs - Administer medications and treatments following established protocols - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients - Assist in sterile processing procedures as needed - Perform suturing and wound care as necessary - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care - Provide education and support to patients and their families on various health-related topics Qualifications: - Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program - Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification - Experience in a medical office setting preferred - Proficiency in psychopharmacology and occupational health practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques - Expertise in dementia care management - Knowledge of sterile processing procedures - Experience in medication administration and dosage calculations - Familiarity with electronic medical records systems - Proficient in suturing techniques Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community.
