Position: Program Coordinator (PC)

Qualifications:

Some Responsibilities: To provide ongoing training for staff. To schedule staff hours, record compensatory time, and to arrange necessary coverage for all shifts in conjunction with the leads. Covering shifts as necessary. To be on-call and available as needed. To participate in a rotating on-call schedule. To assist in maintaining documents in personnel records. To review program books and clients programs to ensure accuracy and completion. To assist Program Manager with the financial matters of the clients as well as petty cash, charge accounts, and requests for reimbursements. Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager

Shift Information: 40 Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with flexibility. May need to work mornings, evenings, overnights and some weekends.

Wage Range: $23.00 - $27.50/hour*

Benefits: Employees working 30 hours or more are covered by medical, dental and life insurance/Accidental Death &Dismemberment (AD&D). These employees will also receive paid time off (PTO) at 2 weeks (80 hours)/year as well as seven paid holidays a year when worked. Sick leave is paid above the agency PTO policy, based on OT hours worked. Additionally, all employees are covered by the agency Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Employees are also able to enroll in our agency’s 403b retirement plan, supplemental insurance, as well as a legal services program. Vision is also available to employees to enroll in. Dependents may be enrolled in health care plans at the cost of the employee.

All employees are eligible for discretionary bonuses throughout the year.

Comments:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with special needs populations preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and sound judgment
• Excellent communication skills; specifically, verbal skills in reference to receptive and instructive communication
• Ability to plan and organize as needed
• Have met all qualifications for the Individual Support Counselor position
