• Ensure that the relevant permits have been obtained before beginning any work tasks
• Locate and evaluate subcontractors to provide required services
• Source goods to guarantee the promise of both quality and cost
• Provide necessary equipment, including rental items, to keep the project on track
• Give regular and consistent updates to the crew and customers
• Uphold a safe and orderly job site
• Guarantee the timely delivery of quality work on all assigned projects
• Draft bids and estimates for potential customers

• Must possess a high school diploma or trade certification; college degree preferred
• Hold a valid contractor license
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction field
• Exterior/ interior painting
• Proficiency in residential plumbing and leak repairs
• Proficiency in drywall repairs
• Basic carpentry
