Job Description:

To provide assistance with a variety of department tasks including but not limited to content creation, coordinating vendors, online lead coordination, market research, and copywriting in both English and Spanish.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Online lead coordination

• Respond to direct messages in a quick and professional manner and enter lead information into salesforce.

Marketing Department Support

• Provide support department projects via technical skills (copywriting, content creation, translations) and presence at events if necessary

Online Inventory Management

• Inventory management of properties listed online. Adding proper floorplans, images, and descriptions.

Research and Copy Writing

• Aid with research and copy writing to develop various consumer facing marketing campaigns

Authority:

• Updating inventory via reports received online.
• Creating copy for blog posts and other publications
• Enter leads generated from social media to CRM and make changes to ownership of leads when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong copywriting skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing
• Bilingual – English & Spanish
• Experience with Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin)
