Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Estimator to join our team. As a Landscape Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and materials required for various landscape projects. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, construction, and estimating, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Must complete pre-qualifying test to be considered for the position**

Responsibilities:

  • Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to determine project requirements.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and materials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Landscape Estimator, Construction Estimator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite a must.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
