Hours: 4:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.

Summary:

Inspect parts per established quality plans and specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Utilize measurement equipment to ensure that precision machined components meet specifications on Camcraft blueprint documents.
  • Assigns priority to inspection process.
  • Inspects parts to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
  • Work in conjunction with other Quality Team members and production departments to resolve quality problems.
  • Communicate to appropriate Camcraft staff when non conformances are discovered.
  • Enter nonconformant findings into computer database.
  • Follows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved.
  • other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
