We are seeking an experienced condominium and homeowner's association manager to manage multiple community associations in Wilmington, DE. Experience in community management (Condominium) is preferred but not a requirement if you have relevant skills.
A Portfolio Manager provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the portfolio of properties are maintained and operated in accordance with the objectives of each Association and CAMCO.
Strong property management, project management, time management, and customer service skills are required. This position requires flexible hours, including some weeknights, and being on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
