Cambridge Montessori School, a well established Montessori school in Sugar Land, is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and inspiring Summer Floater Teacher for the Afternoon session. Our school provides the best staff and a great environment that makes it fun and enjoyable for both our parents and employees. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Floater Teachers may be asked to work in different classrooms and with all ages ranging from 1 year to 6 years old.

Experience and Skills:

1. Individuals applying must have some teaching experience in a licensed preschool or child development center. We are also considering current students pursuing a certification or degree in early childhood education, child development, or other relevant major.

2. Must be passionate about the growth and development of the children.

3. Exhibits strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.

4. Stays flexible and willing to work with all age groups.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with classroom management to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Utilizing your experience with children to provide individualized support and attention.
- Implementing childcare practices that promote the well-being and growth of each student.
- Drawing on your classroom experience to assist in lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning community.

School Description: Cambridge Montessori School (CMS) is a private Montessori school located in New Territory, Sugar Land. We have been established since 1997. Our objective at CMS is to create an atmosphere that promotes a love of learning and to educate children to be caring, socially responsible citizens of their community and the world.
