Cambridge Isotope Laboratories has an outstanding opportunity to join our team as an entry-level Formulations Chemist based onsite in our Andover, MA location. Responsibilities

• Prepare standards and screening kits according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Maintain detailed documentation of all activities
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Assist other lab personnel as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment
• Experience in formulating chemical standards
• 1 year experience in a laboratory environment including internships or college lab experience
• cGMP and/or ISO experience a plus

Pharmaceutical companies have begun to investigate deuteration of molecules that may provide advantages over their existing nondeuterated counterparts. In addition, increasing research into the potential medical advantages of new deuterated drugs is also occurring. In high technology, deuterated organic molecules and deuterium gas are commonly used in the manufacturing of microelectronics and OLEDs, which contribute to the increased lifetime of the devices.
