We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping supervisor to join our team at the Cambria Hotel North Conway. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping.

Responsibilities

- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures

- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained

- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols

-Inspect rooms after cleaned, before rooms are marked as ready.

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively

Requirements:

- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of custodial and floor care procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Any other tasks assigned by management

As we are in the opening phase, other tasks may be assigned to aid our opening. This role would begin training in Mid-April, with a May 1st opening slated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
