We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic team at our Leisure World/Silver Spring clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient-Centric Care: Assist patients in meeting their needs before and after treatments, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience.
Equipment Management: Safely secure patients into therapy equipment and maintain equipment cleanliness for a safe and efficient treatment environment.
Organization and Efficiency: Utilize checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly duties, ensuring the clinic's overall cleanliness and organization.
Supply Management: Take charge of organizing the supplies closet and proactively order supplies as needed to maintain smooth clinic operations.
Team Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and managers by maintaining a friendly, encouraging, and professional work atmosphere.
