Primary Responsibilities· Must have knowledge and ability to build forms and set forms· Read blueprints; advanced layout; use of Simon forms; layout of anchor bolts· Ability to use level (instrument); ability to use transit; ability to tie rebar;· Finish carpentry work; able to read tape/ruler; set screeds; material takeoff from drawings· Install batter boards; safety requirements for building work; and operation of pneumatic and electric power toolsQualifications· 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experiencePhysical Requirements· Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive Motions
