Luxury Home Maintenance/Management

Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes is a leading design/build firm in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area since 1986. We are seeking highly motivated additions to our team who would enjoy helping CW customers with the total maintenance and management of their luxury homes and estates. Experience in building/remodeling/light construction and strong people skills are required. If you love to serve and know construction, a career in luxury home maintenance and management can be very rewarding and inflation-proof.

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting inspections of luxury homes and managing maintenance schedules.
• Supervising maintenance vendors and occasionally self-performing light repairs.
• Concierge-type duties such as vehicle delivery, travel pick-up, etc.
• Occasional on-call status for emergencies. You will become a trusted resource to the families you serve.
• Conducting general trade scheduling duties.

You will need:

• The overall attitude and personality traits needed to effectively serve customers, vendors and the rest of your CW team.
• Solid communication and management skills needed.
• A professional presentation.
• Strong Handyman/Light Construction skills.
• Good computer literacy. You don’t need to be a programmer, just someone that likes using technology to help the job. Must be able to keep accurate records.
• An absence of any reason why you would not qualify to be in someone else’s home or with their possessions.
• Good driving record.
• Very good health and the ability to perform physical activities needed for the job.
• You must be able to work effectively unsupervised as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility in your schedule. This is a full time job primarily done 5 days/week but available for emergencies and abnormal situations after hours.
