WE ARE SEEKING

A detail-oriented, team player with great people skills to join our Electronic Services Department at our corporate headquarters in historic downtown Berlin, Maryland.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Providing assistance to external and internal customers, primarily via telephone and online, with our electronic services products, including bank-by-phone, e-statements, online banking, mobile banking and other products as assigned
• Processing ACH's, ingoing and outgoing wire transfers and related tasks and maintenance
• ATM settlement, entries and resolution of dispute requests
• Verifying new accounts for internet banking
• Monitoring fraud center emails
• Reviewing and processing suspended item mobile deposits
• Monitoring and processing various reports
• Providing Help Desk support
• Additional tasks as assigned

YOU SHOULD HAVE

• At least one year of banking experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Available for overtime as necessary
