Role Overview:

• Assist CCMS Principal in leading academic excellence and growth for Calvary Chapel Middle School, grades 6-8.
• Uphold Christ-centered mission in all aspects.
• Mentor and develop staff for success.
• Oversee curriculum and educational planning.
• Engage with students, parents, and community.
• Serve as administrative partner with the Principal in day-to-day management of CCMS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Teaching Credential and/or Master's Degree preferred.
• Management experience in Christian Education and/or Christian Administration.
• Experience in classroom management and teaching, three years minimum preferred.
• Maintain ACTS administration certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A strong, committed Christian who lives out faith according to a Biblical Christian worldview.
