Set Up C Grinder
Job Summary :
- Shift : First and third shifts are available. First is 6am-2 : 30pm and third is 10pm-6 : 30am.
- Set up and operate CNC machines (Anca)
- Assess machine operations, movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds
- Interpret drawings and follow routings
- Troubleshoot equipment modify programming parameters to resolve set up problems
- Troubleshoot and correct set up problems
- Complete all necessary paperwork and shop floor data
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year(s) CNC machining experience
- Must have experience setting up one of the following machines ANCA Grinder
- Knowledge of micrometers, precision scale, indicator
- Ability to carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to reach and bend
