Compensation:

CALM offers a 10% compensation increase upon licensure.
CALM offers a $1-3/hour bilingual stipend to employees that use a second language.
The salary range for this role is $81,120-$108,160
The salary range provided denotes the minimum and maximum rates applicable to the position. Factors influencing the placement of newly hired employees within this range include their specific skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and comparison with existing employees in similar roles. Typically, newly hired employees are positioned below the midpoint of the salary range.
Requirements
Role requirements:
• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, master’s degree in social work, or master’s degree in marriage and family therapy
· Current California license and minimum of 2 years clinical experience post licensure required
· Experience working with complex clinical issues surrounding children and families preferred
· Experience working with or certification in any of the following modalities preferred: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and/or Mental Health Consultation
· Clinical Supervisor must maintain training and/or certification in the clinical modalities they supervise
· Must have a valid California driver’s license, clean DMV record and criminal record clearance from the DOJ
· Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
