We are seeking a part-time (20 hours/week - four hours/day in the office) Accounts Receivable Clerk for our fast-paced, growing construction company.
Responsible for all accounts receivable work including billing, daily cash receipts, job cost revenue postings, maintaining accurate customer records, AIA billing and monitoring past due accounts. Work with the Controller to ensure timely month-end close.
Must have strong accounting, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills. Experience with job costing is highly preferred. Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups and Macros and Office 365. Experience in construction accounting software a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience is required. Criminal background check and drug screening is required.
Competitive hourly rate plus pro-rated benefits (401K, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement). Local candidates only. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
