Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time on-site role as a Title Examiner at Callocchia Law Firm, PLLC located in Buffalo, NY. As a Title Examiner, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis on property titles to ensure legality and accuracy.

Your day-to-day tasks will include examining public records, identifying potential issues or discrepancies, preparing reports, and collaborating with attorneys and other stakeholders to resolve title issues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate law and title examination procedures
• Experience in conducting title searches and examining property records
• Proficiency in using title examination software and databases
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in title documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of local state laws and regulations related to property titles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
