Getting the Job Done:
* Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality
* Enthusiastically greets all guests, warmly engages and promptly completes the guest's order.
* Anticipates guest's needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.
* Maintains current knowledge of all drink recipes, service techniques and bar terminology.
* Keeps accurate logs of inventory and consumption.
* Keeps work area clean, stocked and organized.
* Sets up, re-stocks, cleans and breaks down bar area.
* Ensures attractive and consistent presentation of all drinks and food items.
* Adheres to property specific best practices and Brand standards for guest interaction, personal grooming, sanitation, food handling and guest safety.
* Complies with all applicable state laws, regulations and property specific procedures regarding the serving and consumption of alcohol.
* Be aware of the Guest Service Scores and understand role ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.
The Experience for Success:
* One year of related experience and/or training
* Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
* State food handlers license and liquor mixologist license
* Comfort in using point of sale systems
* Strong communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
