Calla Lane Florals is a fast-growing florist in Parker, Colorado. This position will primarily focus on our retail shop in Parker, but will also assist with weddings and events when needed. It is currently a part time, contract role.

• Client communication including sending surveys and sending emails
• Printing upcoming orders and prepping compotes and other vessels
• Store inventory management
• Scheduling shifts through scheduling platform (for all florists)
• Assist with managing the retail business
• Manage phone calls and voicemails
• Online order management
• Ordering retail flowers
• Assisting with building all retail flower arrangements and bouquets
• Assisting with pricing and marketing

Requirements

• Must have floral portfolio
• Must have experience in management
• Must have retail floral experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
