Front Office colleagues are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Additionally, this role has the responsibility of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Calistoga Motor Lodge (CML) as a Front Office Associate.
