We are seeking a Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for greeting customers and helping to ensure a positive shopping experience. The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and excited about the prospect of working in a fast-paced retail environment and will have previous experience handling cash registers, greeting customers, and conducting transactions.

A day in the life may include:

• Handle parts requirements of customers through counter service or by phone orders.
• Use a computer or other company resources to research part details and prices.
• Advise customers on substituting or modifying parts when identical replacements are unavailable.
• Fill orders from stock and be able to place orders to suppliers to serve customers’ needs.
• Accurately process invoices.
• Assist in keeping the parts area clean, orderly, and stocked.
• Supply service technicians with parts using proper procedures.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of related experience
