About CSC

We have been providing care for the Santa Clara County for over 35 years! Most of our clients are in the San Jose, Campbell and Saratoga areas. We provide non-medical, in-home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults. Our goal is to help our clients and those in our community live comfortably at home.

HCA Description:

• Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Assist with non-medical daily activities which include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care etc.
• Drive clients to doctorss appointments, errands ect.
• Assist clients with transfers, stand by and safety supervision.

Requirements:

• A current HCA - Home Care Aide Registry # - if expired we can help you reactivate it.
• Live scan/background check clearance
• A Current TB (within the past 2 years)
• Covid Vaccination
• ID/DL/SSN
