Job Summary:
California Patio is looking to add a Warehouse Support personnel to our San Juan Capistrano logistics center. We are seeking reliable and hardworking people who can reasonably commute to our San Juan Capistrano location, to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes order picking, loading and unloading, stock management, and materials handling.

Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently using an order picker or other equipment
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage of products
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Operate warehouse management system to track and update inventory records
- Safely operate reach trucks, forklifts, or other equipment as required
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (75-100) on a regular basis
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
