The Reliability Technician will be at the forefront of our company’s quest to deliver safe and reliable machines to our customers. This position will be responsible for conducting tests on current and new machines to identify and address failures both present in the field and ones yet to be discovered.

Job Duties

· Build and setup test apparatus as needed

· Operate mobile lift equipment per test guidelines

· Take assigned measurements using various instruments

· Record test results and observations clearly and accurately

· Disassemble and reassemble machines to inspect parts and test solutions

· Reports to and receives direction from the Reliability Manager

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of mechanical assembly or repair experience

· Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems

· Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems

· Some knowledge of electrical motors and motor controllers a plus

· Ability to follow instructions accurately

· Ability to record test data accurately

· Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs.

· Ability to work standing or sitting for long periods of time

· Ability to work in mobile work platforms at heights of 85 ft.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
