Job Overview:
Toro Security provides security services to the Coachella Valley.
We are seeking a professional individual to come and join our team. You will patrol and secure assigned premises.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring premises, enforcing security protocols, and responding to any potential threats or incidents.
Duties:
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor surveillance systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all security equipment is in working order
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong observation skills with the ability to identify potential risks or threats
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- First Aid/CPR certification is preferred
- Loss prevention or law enforcement experience is a plus
