QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a dispatching or scheduling role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a full-time HVAC Dispatcher, you'll work on an 8 AM to 5 PM schedule with a 1-hour lunch break. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently schedule and dispatch our skilled technicians to customer sites. You'll juggle commitment dates, negotiate new dates, and communicate effectively with the team, clients, and others. Additionally, you'll debrief each call, update software systems, and provide reports to the sales manager.
