We are a premium custom closet and home organization company. We design, manufacture and install custom storage products for residential customers. As part of our team, you will be an integral part of the finished product, and a key representative of our company with the customer.

This person must be conscientious and dependable with the ability to pass a drug screening and background check. This person must have a clean / neat appearance as they will be performing work in customers' homes. This person also needs to be a self-starter, with good math skills, a knowledge of wood-working, cabinet installation and finish carpentry techniques. They must have extreme pride in their quality of work.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily duties as instructed by Installation Manager/Production Manager to install custom cabinets and custom storage products in customer’s homes.

Collaborate with Designers, Production and Installation team on creative solutions to problems and process improvements.

Carry equipment and materials into customer’s homes.

Work from designs / plans to install storage systems.

Clean storage system and workspace upon completion.

Qualifications:

Hands on experience with power tools and hand tools required. Woodworking / cabinet installation experience is preferred.

Need to be able to visualize a concept before the end product is produced.

Must be people oriented, have great customer service skills and be professional in appearance and actions.

Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license is required.

Strong work ethic is required.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience.
