About the Role:
As our Cabinet/Closet Shop Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of our shop, implement System 32 cabinetry processes, manage flat panel processing, and apply lean manufacturing techniques to optimize efficiency. You will lead a team of dedicated workers, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will conduct hourly walks and course corrections to stay on goal, lead monthly inventory management, and be PC literate in a Windows environment to handle administrative tasks.
