The main responsibility of the position is to install products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable manner. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction, have an eye for details, and be able to work within the system. Self-directed and highly motivated individuals who can problem solve on the spot will go far in the company. You will need to work well independently, manage your time well and work well under pressure. Helpers will work as a team with a lead installer until certified to install alone. You must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean DMV record to be hired.
